Overview

Our client is looking for individuals to work remotely as Clinical Quality Monitoring Specialists. These are contract positions working 30-40 hours per week.

Responsibilities

As a member of the compliance monitoring team, this individual will provide clients with independent and relevant feedback on quality and compliance performance, as well as clinical subject matter of their contract centers and/or case record systems.

  • Review, assess and monitor calls or cases according to company and client procedures, providing a clinical/healthcare focus
  • Utilize clinical knowledge to assist in the monitoring of PAE/PQC findings
  • Conduct mystery calls to contact center partners to measure and rate quality of call
  • Take an active role in understanding client programs and monitoring goals
  • Maintain a professional demeaner when interacting with clients or client representatives
  • Interact with colleagues, Account Managers, and Operation Managers regarding best practices, concerns, and job performance
  • Suggest improvements and enhancements as it relates to the quality monitoring process.

 

 

Qualifications

These individuals must be available to work flexible hours: up to 30-40 hours/week. They must have a working computer/laptop available.

 

Required Education:

Bachelor's Degree, RN, LPN, NP, PA, PharmD, or similar background

 

Required Experience:

  • 2-3 years' experience in compliance, pharmaceutical, clinical or health care business field
  • Working knowledge of highly regulated industries, particularly regulated contact centers
