Here is what you get to do:


You will get to expand our client base by building relationships and educating the client on the benefits of Knowledge Services' Contingent Workforce Management Solutions! This position will collaborate with leadership team and lead solution development efforts to best service our client needs.  No person, process, or procedure is perfect, so we are always evolving with the needs of the customer.  

  • Act as a main point of contact and work as a consultant to the client. 
  • Provide excellent customer to the client and the vendors.
  • Strategize and evangelize the program.
  • Lead a team of Program Specialists and ensure all aspects of the MSP Program rules are followed.
  • Collaboratively advance account management development strategy.  
  • Provide industry best practice recommendations.  
  • Manage, maintain, and develop the client relationship while upholding the contract. 



Desired skills and Experience:


  • Must have 3-5 years of Program Management/Account Management experience within Workforce solutions.
  • Managed Service Provider (MSP), Staffing and Recruiting Program, Employer of Record Program, Recruitment Process Outsourcing (RPO) Program and/or Consulting Solutions experience highly desired.
  • Must be professional and have demonstrated strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • Ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, accurate, fast and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, planning, leadership and time management skills.
  • Experience developing, managing and leading a team of individuals.
  • Proven client facing and strong relationship building experience required.
  • Experience developing Request for Proposal (RFP) responses a plus.
  • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Government experience preferred.
  • Bachelor’s Degree required.
