Overview

4-month project with the Department of Transportation at the State of TN in Nashville TN!  Looking for Desktop Support Technician for hardware refresh project.

Responsibilities

TDOT supports up to 500 users at each regional and main campus. There is currently only one tech at each site supporting the user base. TDOT needs additional contractors as they go through a hardware refresh process of replacing 3200 devices. Resources will stay on-site and will not travel to other locations. There will not be expenses to report.

Skills:
- Tier II Desktop Support
- Experience setting up and deploying tablets
- Password resets
- Technical support and troubleshooting
- Resources need to be able to lift 50-60 lbs.
