Knowledge Services is seeking a bilingual (Spanish) Customer Service Representative in Nashville TN.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct telephone calls to TennCare enrollees who are newly enrolled and recertified, in English and Spanish, to provide a message about the importance of well-child and dental exams and benefits of the TennCare Kids Program, provide assistance with appointment and transportation scheduling, and complete referrals to Managed Care Organizations and local department of health programs and services.
  • In addition, provide a message about the importance of prenatal care, department of health programs and services, assist with scheduling appointments and transportation .
  • Training consists of approx 10 weeks / will learn various scripts

M-F 8-4:30

Parking not included

Pay $14/hr

 

Qualifications

  • Must be Bilingual Spanish 
  • Bilingual Call Center / Front Medical office is a plus - must be fluent in Spanish and English
