Knowledge Services is seeking Schedulers to work in downtown Indianapolis.

Responsibilities

This is a long term, full-time (40 hours per week) contract position located in downtown Indianapolis.  Paid parking & $14 per hour.

 

The Schedulers' role is to manage all scheduling needs for clients.  This can include scheduling interviews, transportation, on-site visits and any additional tasks through an applicant tracking system.

Qualifications

  • Advanced communication and organizational skills
  • Previous clerical or administrative experience is a plus
  • Proficient with MS office programs, especially Excel & Word
  • Previous experience with ATS or HRIS software is desired
  • Excellent phone manner
  • Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
