Long-term Asset Management role with the State of TN in Nashville TN.

Responsibilities

- Using Excel to track device inventory -50%
- Scanning Inventory - 50%

 

This position is required to assist with detail tracking and inventory of devices. This role will require bending, walking,a nd some lifting up to 50 lbs. to scan and keep track of inventory. this ideal candidate should be very detail oriented and proficient in Microsoft Excel to create spreadsheets and work through the inventory data and provide reports to management. This person should have excellent time management skills to be successful in this role. 

Qualifications

- Using Excel to document equipment information
- Uploading information into ServiceNow
- Using SCCM Reporting to list computer names and compare with Excel List
- Using V Lookup and updating spreadsheet
- Labeling equipment and assist billing with asset management
- Should be proficient with Excel, Word, strong communicator
- Must be able to lift equipment up to 50 lbs.
