Seeking a Customer Satisfaction Representative to work downtown Indianapolis, parking is provided
Must be able to work or be able to quickly learn all the different types of correspondence that is received.
Must be able to write free form or fill in letters.
Must provide quality work (making sure that with the correspondence the problem gets resolved the first time and fully completed, we don’t have to ask the customer to send the same thing multiple times.)
Schedule Adherence. It is very important that you are here every day to get as much correspondence worked as possible.
Strong analytical skills are needed for this role.
