Knowledge Services is seeking a .Net Developer for a contract to hire opportunity with our client, the State of TN. State employees work 37.5 hours per week and this role will convert to a full time after approximately 6 months.

  • The above are available provided contractors meet eligibility requirements


  • Join a team of developers working on a large enterprise application for the department of treasury. This project will require the developers to work within a team to deliver changes and upgrades to an existing application and develop new functionality within the existing application
  • This person will spend a majority of their time writing code. They will work with a QA team, but the developer also needs to work with business teams to understand requirements.
  • Skills are needed in Visual Basic and SQL. This project will not be very heavy on front-end.


  • 2-5 years’ coding experience with:
  • C#.Net
  • ASP.Net
  • SQL 08


  • Must have a bachelor’s degree to be considered for this role
  • Must be eligible to convert to a full-time employee of the state without condition for sponsorship
