    Knowledge Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Nashville TN.

    Responsibilities

    • will be answering telephone and directing calls - fast paced environment they average 60-70 calls per day per person.
    • experience with Zen desk is a huge plus
    • Data entry - entering information as the call is taking place into their system and be able to work with a dual screen into another system.
    • Providing Customer services through non-voice means such as Email/Chat

    Pay $12.50/hr

    Parking is not included

    M-F 8-4:30pm

    Qualifications

    •  Must have inbound call center experience.
    •  Great Customer Service Skills.

     

    Physical Requirements:

    • Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
    • Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Vision requirements:  Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
