    Knowledge Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Nashville, TN.

    Responsibilities

    • Working in Call Center - must be able to work High Phone Volume - Primary Calls to agency
    • Answering Claimant inquiry/Status/Review of Disability Claims
    • Dictate and Transcribe information
    • Receipt of claimant inquiries by phone regarding claim status, review of data in DDS computer system and formulating of response. Specifically, upon receiving an inquiry from claimant or other party, the employee must exercise judgment in determining whether the caller is entitled to the request by checking the DDS system for identifying representative information per HIPPA and disclosures procedures.
    • Incoming calls usually last 3 to 5 minutes depending on the information requested.
    • The number of incoming calls per staff member range from 70-130 calls per day.
    • Performs adequate amount of typing which dictates reported information to the examiner (s) and other components on inquiries to determine the need for additional activity

    M-F 8-4:30pm

    Pay $12.50/hr

    Qualifications

    • Must have excellent Customer Service skills
    • Microsoft Office

    Physical Requirements:

    • Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
    • Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Vision requirements:  Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
