    The role requires a problem solver with a smile. This person is the direct link to our contract employees working at a client site. They receive their pay check from us, but do work at another location. They need to feel a direct connection back to us and this role provides the levels of great service to ensure everything runs smoothly for them while working assignment at a client site. This role plays an intricate part in employee experience and has an extremely high level of personal satisfaction once achieved.

    Responsibilities

    Here is what you get to do:

     

    • Act as main point of contact for Client and our Employees working on-site.
    • Ensure all Employees’ weekly time is entered and collected.
    • Perform and deliver Employee performance/quality reviews.
    • Coordinate and deliver Employee new hire orientation and off-boarding processes.
    • Facilitate, manage and assist in resolving all Client and Employee related issues.
    • Recommend solutions to any employment-related issues raised by Clients and Employees, as well as review processes on an ongoing basis to identify proactive ways to improve efficiencies.
    • Communicate pro-actively and regularly with Client and Employees.
    • Provide excellent customer service to both Client and Employees. 

    Qualifications

    Desired skills and Experience:

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Must be professional and customer service oriented.
    • Must proactive, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, planning, leadership and time management skills.
    • Ability to identify and analyze problem situations and develop an effective course of action for resolution.
    • Must be a self-starter and able to perform in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.
    • Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner.
    • Client facing and strong relationship building experience preferred.
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
    • Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
