    Have you ever wanted to become a Certified Nursing Assistant but don't have the time to get certified first? OR maybe you are certified and would like to start making a difference in the medical field! This is the position for you! They will teach you the skills you need in order to succeed as a CNA. Our client is looking for a Behavioral Health Recovery Attendant in Madison, IN.  This job is very similar to that of a CNA or Home Health Aid but you do not need to be certified. 


    Payrate: $12/hr


    Shift's Available:

    Evening: 4:00 PM - 12:15 AM
    Night: 12:00 AM – 8:15 AM

    • You will get to provide clinical care to patients sooner than you think! (Your Licensed Nurse will give you the direction you need to succeed!)
    • You will play a role with the treatment planning for patients!
    • Take patients to Social Activities or provide that quality conversation time they need!
    • You will be the first line of defense in safety when a patient in experiencing trouble!

    It would be a plus if this individual has Hospital experience or exposure working in one. Students actively enrolled in a healthcare related field may substitute education for experience working in a hospital. A CNA license is NOT required.




    • Practical knowledge of routine nursing care procedures such as bathing, bowel and bladder care, feeding, CPR, and first aid techniques
    • Practical knowledge of a variety of training and treatments used with patients
    • Ability to perform a variety of housekeeping duties to ensure the comfort and well being of patients
    • Ability to accurately keep records, reports, and charts of patients
    • Ability to establish and maintain good interpersonal relationships with residents and staff
    • Ability to follow oral and written directions
    • Ability to act in emergency situations requiring the physical management and protection of patients
    • Have similar experience such as CNA or Home Health Aid
