    Knowledge Services is seeking a Data Entry Specialist in Nashville TN.

    • Effectively communicate with stakeholders across the state regarding licensure policies
    • Provide timely and accurate information to stakeholders, including educators and educator candidates, via call center and email
    • Professionally handling incoming requests from customers and ensure that issues are resolved both promptly and thoroughly
    • Develop and maintain a clear understanding of licensure policy and operating procedures
    • Process licensure application daily in accordance with goals developed in collaboration with the licensure team and the supervisor
    • Use the online licensure management system to process educator licensure applications and transactions efficiently and accurately
    • Licensure Processing Support: Utillize TNCompass educator talent management software for DE and collation of documentation to complete educator profiles for use in licensure process 60%
    • Customer Service: phone, email and in person 20%
    • Clerical/Administrative Support: Scanning/digitizing, collating, and filing of educator licensure reports 20%

    M-F 8-4:30pm

    Pay $15/hr

    Physical Requirements:

    • Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
    • Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Vision requirements:  Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
