    Here is what you get to do:

    • Partner with the client in workforce planning and skills assessment
    • Act as the main point of contact for hiring managers and vendors
    • Work as a consultant to the client to recommend solutions to any issues and review processes on an ongoing basis
    • Collaborate with the Program Account Manager and MSP team to develop client-specific strategies
    • Provide efficient recommendations for all aspects of the program
    • Proactively communicate with Client and Vendors (recruiting community)
    • Manage the entire requisition process and ensure all vendor compliance 
    • Travel to client location and build lasting relationships with hiring managers

    Desired Skills and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • 1+ years of recruiting, human resources, or staffing experience 
    • Experience working within the staffing industry from an MSP (Managed Service Provider) or VMS (Vendor Management System) capacity
    • Proven aptitude to execute in a fast-paced, high volume environment
    • Positive attitude
    • Client facing and strong relationship building experience 
    • Demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills
    • Government industry experience preferred
