    Knowledge Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Nashville TN.

    Responsibilities

    • Phone coverage, filling, copying, e-mail notifications to contractors, vendors, and other internal and external stakeholders, lab reports processing, interview set-ups, meeting set-ups (internal and external), maintenance of several spreadsheets, and transition of paper files to electronic (H drive or SharePoint).
    • This position will be responsible for:
    •  maintaining spreadsheets for tracking purposes (contract updates, invoices, etc.)
    •  phone coverage
    •  copying, filing
    •  setting up interviews, conference, skype, and bridge-line calls
    •  transferring paper files to electronic (H drive or SharePoint)
    •  assisting with lab report processing
    •  maintenance of section calendar, and
    •  assisting with invoice processing
    • Data Entry -30%
    • Answering Phones - 30%
    • Filing 20%
    • Project Management -20%

    M-F 8-4:30pm

    Pay 15.50/hr

    Parking is not included

     

     

    Qualifications

     Intermediate Skill Level of Excel and Word and familiarity with other computer programs to accomplish administrative activities

     Previous administrative experience

     

    Physical Requirements:

    • Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
    • Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Vision requirements:  Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
