    We are hiring for multiple Customer Service Representatives for a long term assignment in downtown Indianapolis.  Parking included and Benefit eligible!



    Knowledge Services has benefit offerings to include the following!

    • The above are available provided contractors meet eligibility requirements


    • Resources will work as part of a team in a call center to receive incoming calls.
    • Opportunity to provide Medicaid eligible members and others with education and an opportunity to enroll into one of the managed care programs available to them through Indiana Health Coverage Programs.
    • Document inquiries within applicable systems
    • Fullfill caller requests and follow up via email, mail, or download.


    • Ability to use a computer
    • Good customer service skills
    • Prior call center preferred, but not required

    $11.00 per hour / $11.50 per hour Bilingual English/Spanish


    Hours are 8:00-5:00 M-F w/ an occasional Saturday

    Physical Requirements:

    • Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
    • Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
    • Vision requirements:  Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
