    We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as a Vocational Rehabilitation Services (VRS) Program Coordinator. This position will coordinate vocational rehabilitation services for our Client and recipients of rehabilitation services. The VRS Program Coordinator will serve as the main point of contact for client Case Managers and Service Providers.  You will have the opportunity to match participants with various Vocational Rehabilitative Services such as Assessments, Treatment, Employment Services, Technology, and Education.  This is an excellent opportunity to join a fast paced, growing organization!


    • Act as main point of contact for client Case Managers and Service Providers.
    • Serve as Program liaison with external entities (e.g. rehabilitation service organizations, business groups, consumer advocate organizations, government officials).
    • Identify internal & external issues with potential to impact overall service delivery and implements solutions.
    • Manage VRS progress for client and ensure compliance and satisfaction with services provided.
    • Proactively communicate with Case Managers, VRS Clients, and Service Providers.
    • Provide superior level of customer service.
    • Collaborate with the Program Account Manager and team to develop strategies and solutions.
    • Responsible for preparing and delivering customer facing reporting, program metrics, and presentations as necessary.
    • Ensure integrity of all data relating to individual program and service categories is entered into Knowledges Services systems.


    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • 3+ years of experience working with individuals requiring rehabilitative service.
    • Knowledge of Federal and State laws, statutes, rules, regulations pertaining to vocational rehabilitation services.
    • Experience in vocational rehabilitative services and/or other rehabilitative services.
    • Broad knowledge of physical, mental, and cognitive disabilities.
    • Familiar with referral and community resources.
    • Ability to work effectively on teams, including cross-departmental teams.
    • Ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, accurate, fast, detail oriented with strong interpersonal, planning, leadership and time management skills.
    • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and be able to perform in a fast paced, self-managed environment.
    • Customer facing and strong relationship building experience.

    Physical Requirements:

    • Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
    • Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
