    The Program Coordinator is responsible for the day to day support of our Managed Services Team.  Have a purpose...this role matters in a big way for the team and organization. Your ability to stay organized and meet deadlines will contribute to your success.


    • Assist Programs Specialists during all stages of the contract labor acquisition process including but not limited to: interview scheduling, onboarding, worker assignment management, time and expense management and off boarding
    • Provide constant communication to clients, suppliers, contingent workers and other partners via face to face meetings, email and phone
    • Enter job requisitions into Knowledge Services systems
    • Coordinate interviews and start dates for new contract employees
    • Ensure all time and expenses are entered in a timely manner
    • Provide excellent customer service to to both client Managers and Vendors
    • Communicate proactivley with the MSP team

    • Bachelor's degree preferred
    • Must be professional and customer service oriented.
    • Must be proactive, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented with strong interpersonal, planning and time management skills.
    • Ability to identify and analyze problem situations and develop an effective course of action for resolution.
    • Must be a self-starter and able to perform in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.
    • Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner.
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
