    Our Staffing division is growing rapidly and we're seeking to add a new Recruiter to our team! 

     

    This isn't your typical Recruiter position. We are a tight-knit and supportive team looking to add someone with the same values. Our client base is established, yet experiencing impressive growth. We need the right mix of attitude and skills to help us achieve our goals.

    Responsibilities

    • Recruit resources for our client’s open requisitions
    • Continually seek new ways to find talent, advertise and network open requisitions
    • Effectively communicate our clients' missions and cultures to prospective employees
    • Ability to interview/screen candidates
    • Develop deep understanding of the positions and client needs
    • Provide a seamless experience for our candidates throughout the interview process
    • Drive the recruiting process forward in a timely and efficient manner
    • Source both active and passive candidates for roles of varying seniority levels across multiple locations
    • Source for qualified candidates using internal ATS, job boards, social media, various Internet sources and referral techniques
    • Screen, prepare, and present viable candidates to our clients based on detailed job descriptions
    • Check employment references
    • Develop and maintain deep candidate pipelines
    • Schedule and prepare candidates for interviews
    • Manage the job offer process including maintaining constant contact with candidates and extending offers
    • Conduct follow-up activities with candidates to ensure job satisfaction, referrals, and organization insight
    • Maintain thorough and accurate documentation on all conversations with candidates

     

    Qualifications

     

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum 1 year recruiting experience preferred 
    • Prior administrative/clerical/financial recruiting experience helpful
    • Positive attitude and desire to grow and contribute to our team
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
