    Our client is looking for a LPN for the Evening shift in Richmond, IN.


    Shift Hours: Evening: 2:30PM-10:45PM

    The LPN will augment each patient’s progress based on individual needs through his/her specific program. You will be accountable for the physical/psychosocial care of all patients ensuring proper coordination and delivery to provide a safe, secure, and therapeutic environment.



    • Adheres to the ANA standards for psychiatric nurses.
    • Ensures the use of restraint as a last case scenario in emergency situations; Uses rehabilitation/recovery model.
    • Active member of the treatment team and collobarates to provide optimal patient care.
    • Completes documentation requirements accurately.
    • Administers medications.
    • Completes AIMS testing & EKG’s as assigned & PRN.
    • Ensures all policies/procedures are followed providing an acceptable standard of nursing practice.
    • Acts as a therapeutic role model.
    • Maintains confidentiality regarding clients medical information.


    • Maintains license as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the state of Indiana.
    • Demonstrates basic computer skills.
    • Certified in professional CPR.
    • Maintains competency in Bridge Building
    • Maintains competency in required medical procedures & equipment.
    • Completes all mandatory training/inservices.
    • Above-average interpersonal & communication skills (written & verbal).
