    We are seeking Relationship Managers for a 6 month contract in downtown Indianapolis.  Paid parking, accrued PTO & holiday pay.  This is an excellent opportunity for someone with recruiting/staffing experience!

    The Recruitment Relationship Manager will be responsible for supporting all program build activities and ensuring the needs for steady-state programs are consistently and effectively met.  There are two (2) key areas of oversight:


    1. Client Hiring Manager Relationships:  The RRM will continue to act as a Relationship Manager and maintain client hiring manager relationships to effectively deliver quality candidates and service to clients.
    2. Candidate Quality: The RRM is responsible for ensuring the best talent is identified and presented to our client hiring managers.


    As Recruitment Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for:

    • Act as the main point of contact for client hiring managers.
    • Work closely with client hiring managers to fully understand open positions in order to identify the best potential candidates for the job.
    • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Specialists and Sourcing Specialists to ensure the best candidates are presented to hiring managers.
    • Continued focus on quality candidate delivery by meeting specific delivery expectations and metrics.
    • Identify, assess, and recruit passive job seekers and potential candidates
    • Effectively screen and assess active job seekers expressing interest in client’s open positions.
    • Manage multiple open positions and hiring managers simultaneously.
    • Consultative approach with client hiring managers to discuss their open positions and outline delivery expectations.
    • Ability to discuss presented candidates with client hiring managers and articulate strengths of each candidate as it relates to why each should be considered for the open positions.
    • Proactively create candidate pipelines in forecasted open requisitions, as needed.
    • Contacting potential candidates over the phone for client opportunities.
    • Ability to develop sourcing strategies outside of traditional methods (internal database, job boards, sales rosters).
    • Achievement of pre-determined metrics.


    • Excellent articulation, communication and customer service skills both written and oral
    • Superior time management and organizational skills
    • A Bachelor’s Degree
    • Interest and passion for talent acquisition
    • Prior experience working in talent assessment, recruiting, or HR
    • Experience working in ATS systems with accurate data input
