Knowledge Services is actively seeking a MS Dynamics CRM Developer for a long-term contract opportunity with our client, the State of TN’s Department of Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities. This person will be required to work onsite in downtown Nashville, TN for the duration of the project.
The MS Dynamics CRM Developer/Admin will enhance current enhancements and support capabilities of a MS Dynamics CRM based applications. These additional resources will offer expertise as well as additional capacity for enhancing and supporting these applications. Specifically, we will use this resource to resolve outstanding support issues, evaluate current operational processes, enhance existing operational processes or create new operational processes, assist in development of new enhancements, assist in troubleshooting of current functionality, evaluation of existing documentation or creation of new documentation on any process or enhancements. Addressing these items will enhance the support capabilities by providing necessary expertise and additional capacity. Not obtaining these resources will cause delays in support and in implementing enhancements to Microsoft Dynamic CRM based applications.
