    Knowledge Services has a great contract to hire opportunity for a Technical Recruiter role with one of our clients in downtown Indianapolis.

    • Manage full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and negotiating/closing) for multiple technical and business positions
    • Proactively create candidate pipelines in forecasted open requisitions
    • Maintain accurate record of candidates for assigned territories including but not limited to: name, reason for contact, record of phone conversation, phone and email correspondence
    • Demonstrate attention to detail in tracking candidate information and recruiting activities
    • Contact potential candidates over the phone for client opportunities
    • Develop and maintain strong, productive relationships with active and passive candidates
    • Communicate effectively and quickly grasp business and technical concepts
    • Ability to develop sourcing strategies outside of traditional methods (internal database, job boards, sales rosters)
    • Understand value proposition for the requisition and communicating that to potential candidates to gain interest and overcome objections
    • Effectively engage candidates using an attractive employer value proposition
    • Utilize a consultative approach with candidates and when partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
    • Present and report candidate status to management
    • Participate in building best practices for recruiting
    • Demonstrate perseverance to overcome objections and come up with out-of-the-box solutions
    • Adhere to corporate policy regarding No Touch and Protected Client Lists
    • Ability to determine candidate’s level of interest in committing to the interview and hiring process
    • Achievement of pre-determined metrics
    • Ability to travel and visit client sites

    • Strong experience with Microsoft Office, LinkedIn Recruiter, and working in ATS systems with accurate data input preferred
    • 2+ years’ experience in full-cycle technical recruiting for all levels of an organization
    • Bachelor’s Degree preferred
