    Knowledge Services has an immediate need for a Customer Service Support professional in our Phoenix office. This is a 6 month contract role with the possibility for permanent hire. You will serve as a key contributor to the success our Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program!  In this role, you will work as a liasion between our client and vendor partners in a customer service capacity. This includes communicating with customers, vendors and working directly in our database system.

    • Proactively communicates via phone and email with internal and external customers
    • Provides exceptional levels of customer service and to business partners and clients
    • Analyzes business information and data with strong attention to detail and accuracy
    • Implements organizational methods and procedures to proactively manage workload
    • Enters data, reviews data and ensures data accuracy within Knowledge Services’ system
    • Collaborates with Program team members to ensure project goals and timelines are met
    • Identifies any internal or external issues and informs Program Account Manager as appropriate


    • High School Diploma Required. Some college course completion helpful
    • Minimum 1 year administrative, data entry or customer service support experience required
    • Proficiency with MS Office Suite. Ability to quickly and easily learn new database systems
    • Meticulous attention to detail, follows processes and procedures as required
    • Strong ability to stay organized and manage workload efficiently
    • Superior level of verbal and written communication skills
