Knowledge Services has an immediate need for a Customer Service Support professional in our Phoenix office. This is a 6 month contract role with the possibility for permanent hire. You will serve as a key contributor to the success our Vocational Rehabilitation Services Program! In this role, you will work as a liasion between our client and vendor partners in a customer service capacity. This includes communicating with customers, vendors and working directly in our database system.
