Knowledge Services is actively seeking an IAM Support Analyst for a long-term contract role with our client, the State of TN’s Tenncare Program. This position is located downtown Nashville, TN and works 37.5 hours per week.
System/Application Analyst This person will be a level II point of escalation working between support teams and developers.
The Health Care Finance Administration (HCFA) is moving to an automated enterprise wide identity and access management (IAM) solution to reduce audit findings and invoke tighter user controls to secure protected data. HCFA will host the tier 2 support model and is in request a support analyst to assist with supporting user and application issues within the system.
These positions will report and assist directly to a state position with the sole purpose of supporting IAM and other security deliverables. Those deliverables will include outreach to users, fulfillment, documentation, process improvement and corrective action support, remediation of application constraints/problems, incident management and monitoring.
Qualified candidates must have experience with security and application support.
