    This role requires a creative problem solver with a smile. The Employee Relations Coordinator is the direct link to our contract employees working on-site at our client locations. They receive their pay check from us, but work at another location. They need to feel a direct connection back to us and this role provides the levels of great service to ensure everything runs smoothly for them while working assignments at a client site. This role plays an intricate part in employee experience and has an extremely high level of personal satisfaction once achieved.

    • Act as main point of contact for our clients and contract employees working on-site.
    • Ensure all employees’ weekly time is entered and collected.
    • Perform and deliver contract employee performance/quality reviews.
    • Coordinate and deliver contract employee new hire orientation and off-boarding processes.
    • Facilitate, manage and assist in resolving all client and contract employee related issues.
    • Recommend solutions to any employment-related issues raised by clients and contract employees, as well as review processes on an ongoing basis to identify proactive ways to improve efficiencies.
    • Communicate pro-actively and regularly with clients and contract employees.
    • Provide excellent customer service to both clients and contract employees. 


    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • Some college or bachelor's degree preferred.
    • Must be professional, customer service oriented and exhibit a positive, team attitude. 
    • Ability to provide highest levels of customer service to clients and customers. 
    • Must have the ability to multi-task, stay organized and manage deadlines appropriately.
    • Ability to identify and analyze problem situations as well as develop creative solutions. 
    • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
