Overview

Seeking a Customer Service Representative to answer incoming calls!

 

Downtown Indianapolis

 

$14.00 per hour!

 

 

Responsibilities

 

The Customer Service Representative is responsible for engaging incoming calls at the call center and customer service activities at the Customer Service Desk

 

  • Communicate up to date and accurate information on current routes, products, passes, services and system locations
  • Provide excellent customer service by phone and in person
  • Provide information to passengers on how to ride the bus system
  • Assist customers with bus pass purchases and programs
  • Must maintain knowledge of all products, services, projects and plans
  • Assist in the execution of customer service surveys

Qualifications

Must have data entry skills of 10,000 KPH or 60 WPM typing

Ability to communicate with individuals, strong problem solving skills and organizational skills

Environment is fast paced and detail orientated

HS Diploma/GED

Prefer experience in transportation, dispatch, transit or logistics

 

 

Must be available to work between the hours of 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM and some Saturdays from 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM.
