Seeking a Call Center Support Specialist to support the services and plan administration to customers.  Company administers 9 different retirement funds for nearly 500.000 members and 1,200 employers


  • Review and processing of employer submitted information required to maintain employee account information and process benefits
  • Communication with customers via email and limited phone work to update, clarify and correct employer and member records
  • Processing of annual ER submissions such as certified salaries, payroll calendars and updating of approved employer contacts
  • Generate benefit estimates for individuals inquiring about the monthly benefit they would receive at retirement
  • Completing verification of benefit
  • Maintaining spreadsheets, running reports, tracking workloads


Experience with Customer Service, MS Office; Word Excel Outlook

Must have intermediate level Excel skills


Pay range is $13.04 - $14.49 per hour
