Knowledge Services is actively seeking a Marketing Automation Specialist role for a direct hire opportunity with out client based in Carmel, IN. This position can work remotely as long as you can work 8am-5pm EST.


The Marketing Automation Specialist delivers training, content, processes, practices and tools needed to support Allegion’s digital marketing campaigns. This includes working collaboratively with marketing operations, field marketing, information technology and privacy teams to increase effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns. This role is responsible for creating a concerted strategy and process for execution and recommending technological solutions that enable digital marketing teams to strategically target, nurture, monitor and convert marketing leads.


  • Serve as a super user for Adobe Campaign Standard and keep in front of new product releases
  • This individual will be the administrator for this particular platform. They are responsible for maintaining lists such as subscription lists, contact lists, and maintaining Allegion compliance and data laws.
  • They will troubleshoot system issues and work with internal IT and Adobe IT to resolve issues
  • Create standard automated processes that will help the tool operate more efficiently. - Example of work: email marketing campaigns for registration. They may come up with a plan to send certain emails for registration series of welcome emails, or reminder emails.
  • Collaborate with global marketing teams to assess business needs and provide process to accomplish project requirements
  • Partner with IT teams to ensure compliance with Allegion’s IT standards and oversee integrations with other platforms including but not limited to Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager and OneTrust
  • Oversee the development of digital platforms used by marketing and field marketing teams which can include but is not limited to: improving the overall performance of tools, acting as a liaison between the platform development team and customers, answering customer questions & articulating customer VOC to drive enhancements
  • Deliver digital analytics reports to key marketing stakeholders


  • BA/BS – Business, Marketing, Information Technology or Communications
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience including digital tools & sales enablement 
  • MUST HAVE: Experience with Adobe Experience Cloud platforms including Adobe Campaign Standard, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Experience Manager
  • 2 years project management experience, preferably Agile including a deep understanding of workflow and capacity management principles
  • Excellent communication skills including verbal and written
  • Strong acumen for data analysis and reporting
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results by proactively engaging with people across functions and leading without authority
