Overview

Knowledge Services is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Indianapolis, IN

 

M-F 8am-4:30 or 8:30-5

 

$13.25 per hour

 

Downtown Indianapolis location, parking provided

Responsibilities

The Customer Service Representative will have the following responsibilities.

  • Respond to customer tax inquiries by phone in an efficient and effective manner with the highest level of customer focus.

  • Review customer information and respond to customer inquiries. regarding their tax returns

  • Utilize computer applications to review information
  • Documentation in the system

 

Qualifications

The Customer Service Representative should have the following qualifications.

  • Ability to provide high level customer service by telephone in a fast- paced high volume call center

  • Ability to comprehend and apply knowledge acquired from each training session

  • Ability to analyze and problem solve using various resources and provide resolution to customer inquiries using best in class customer service methods

  • Ability to communicate professionally using correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation

  • Ability to access data utilizing basic computer skills

  • Ability to understand and comply with the ethics and confidentiality requirements
