Knowledge Services is seeking an Administrative Assistant in Nashville TN.

Pay $17.70/hr

M-F 8am-4:30pm

The Administrative Assistant will have the following responsibilites

  • Developing and updating trackers and grids (amendment tracker, contract list, CAP tracker, Annual Policy Update tracker, Memo/Protocol Inventory) - 25%
  • Attending meetings and taking notes to share information obtained - 25%
  • Saving contract and policy related documents and correspondence - 20%
  • Scheduling meetings, sending out calendar invites and reminder emails for due dates related to contracts and policy documents - 10%
  • Assisting with fielding questions and conducting research as requested 10%
  • Proofreading documents and providing feedback 10%


The Administrative Assistant should have the following qualifications.

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Microsoft Office
  • 2 years of administrative experience


Physical Requirements:

  • Job frequently requires sitting, handling objects with hands.
  • Job occasionally requires standing, walking, reaching, talking, hearing, and lifting up to 25 pounds.
  • Vision requirements:  Ability to see information in print and/or electronically.
