As a Medical Program Delivery Specialist with Knowledge Services, you will serve as an integral team member on our local state government Managed Service Provider (MSP) accounts.  Medical hiring managers and vendor recruiting partners alike will seek your guidance and support as their main Knowledge Services contact on the account.  You will partner with the client to forecast upcoming staffing needs across various medical facilities and oversee the onboarding and orientation coordination processes.  

This role offers remote work flexibility.


  • Directly partner with medical hiring managers to forecast medical staffing needs for their facilities
  • Work as a consultant to the client to recommend solutions to any issues and review processes on an ongoing basis
  • Communicate the client's recruiting/staffing needs to recruiting vendor partners. Review vendor submitted candidates 
  • Manage candidate pools, ensuring compliance is met with background, drug and credential requirements 
  • Arrange orientation on behalf of recruiting vendor partners and the client
  • Collaborate with the Program Account Manager and MSP team to develop client-specific strategies


  • Prior medical recruiting or account management experience within a staffing agency environment highly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred
  • Proven aptitude to execute in a fast-paced, high volume environment
  • Positive attitude and proven ability to take initiative and leadership
  • Client facing and strong relationship building experience 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills
