Overview

As an On-Site Recruiter, you will drive and execute the recruiting process and strategy for one of our top clients.  This position will be based on-site at the client location in Indianapolis, IN and does not offer remote work options.  In this role you will serve to provide on-going recruiting and hiring support in a high-volume environment. You’ll develop strong relationships with the client managers and serve as a consultant to them for their workforce management needs.

 

This role is a contract position with possibility for permanent hire.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with client to anticipate and forecast staffing levels
  • Act as an on-going partner and consultant for client on-site managers  
  • Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans and procedures 
  • Source candidates through referrals, online postings, social media, and community involvement
  • Conduct on-site interviews, screen, and vet applicants according to position requirements
  • Extend offers, and monitor throughout onboarding
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience and continuously generate referrals  
  • Effectively communicate our client’s mission and culture to prospective team members
  • Contribute positively as part of a highly collaborative team, offering guidance and support as needed
  • Follow safe work practices and company rules and prevent accidents and injuries

Qualifications

  • Prior Recruiting experience (Light Industrial, Warehouse, or related environments a plus!)
  • Prior staffing experience in an on-site environment is a plus
  • Proven aptitude to execute in a fast-paced, high-volume environment 
  • Superior customer service experience and skill set
  • Positive attitude and ability to multi-task 
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and follow-up skills 
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite, ATS, and learning new database systems
