Knowledge Services is adding to their Employee Relations team! This position acts as the main point of contact for our contract employees that work on-site at our client locations. You'll have the opportunity to be challenged by suggesting solutions to various employee relations/HR related requests and issues. This role is responsible for all aspects of customer service and issue resolution as well as compliance risk mitigation. The Employee Relations Coordinator works with client managers, supervisors and contract employees throughout the life of contract assignments.

*This role is based in our Indianapolis office, however does offer some remote work flexibility.


  • Act as main point of contact for client and our temporary employees working on-site.
  • Communicate proactively and regularly with client and temporary employees.
  • Visit client and temporary employees at client locations in Indiana 1-2 times a week.
  • Provide excellent customer service to both client and employees.
  • Manage and conduct employee relations, recognition, morale and retention programs.
  • Facilitate, manage and assist in resolving all client and temporary employee related issues.
  • Present a consultative approach with client
  • Perform and deliver employee performance/quality reviews.
  • Ensure all temporary employees’ weekly time is entered and collected.
  • Coordinate and deliver temporary employee off-boarding processes.
  • Enter temporary employee information into Knowledge Services software systems.


  • Minimum High School Diploma. Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Strong customer service and problem solving experience required. 
  • Must have reliable transportation and able to travel (drive) at least one (1) day a week.
  • Must have a team mentality and work to foster a strong team environment. 
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required. 
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Willing to assist with various office projects.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office: with emphasis on Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Staffing & Recruiting Industry experience a plus!
