Every year Knowledge Services' Talent Division places hundreds of contract employees in varying assignments across the U.S. The Employee Relations Coordinator acts as the main point of contact for our contract employees that work on-site at our client locations. You will be responsible for providing a superior customer support experience to our contract employees and clients. The Employee Relations Coordinator plays a critical role on the team by not only facilitating the new hire experience, but by also providing ongoing support to contractors and clients regarding various HR related questions and issues, throughout the duration of the contract assignment.
This role will allow you to impact the lives of others by helping them get adjusted to a new career and providing dedicated support throughout their role. You'll have the opportunity to learn and hone your skills in various HR areas such as Onboarding, Employee Relations, HR legal compliance, payroll topics, employee benefits, policies, and more.
