Responsibilities

A day in the life of an Onboarding Coordinator: 

  • Work closely with our recruiting team to coach and facilitate a new hire through the complete onboarding process.
  • Have a purpose...this role matters in a big way for the team and organization. Your ability to stay organized and meet deadlines will contribute to your success.

This role touches hundreds of peoples lives per year and supports them with the transition into their new role. You will have the opportunity to manage an on-going slate of individuals through the paperwork process and ensure full compliance with the onboarding requirements to hire new employees! It requires a high level of organization and hard work. From time to time, you will have the opportunity to remove bottlenecks in the process and your voice will be heard! We are all about teamwork and there is an amazing support system in place.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

  • Staffing or high volume onboarding experience preferred
  • Ability to organize and direct own work as well as work on a team
  • Ability to communicate effectively; includes ability to speak and write clearly
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Positive attitude
