- Bachelor's degree required; Master’s degree or related professional certification preferred.
- Three years supervisory experience required.

- Strong experience and background in diversity, equity, and inclusion advancement within organizations
- Experience in higher education is preferred.
- Demonstrated knowledge of the principles and practices of personnel administration required.
- Must be adept at resolving individual and group conflicts, and have excellent problem solving, decision making and written and oral communication skills.
- Requires a highly self-motivated individual with demonstrated leadership abilities and hands on approach to analyze, develop and administer HR programs in a complex organization.
