Medical Assistant/Allergy Technician

Knowledge Services is seeking a Medical Assistant/Allergy Technician role on the North Side of Indianapolis. This is a great contract to hire role with one of our clients.

Pay $18/hr

M-F 8am-5pm 

North Side locations (IU North and Community North)(No mileage reimbursement)

The Medical Assistant/Allergy Technician will have the following responsibilities. 

• Working with patients
• Write reports for physicians
• Phone triage 
• Filing
• Administer injections and skin testing
• Mix treatment and testing boards
• Work with sublingual immunotherapy
• Schedule and complete follow up procedures
• Scan documents
• Some math required for serum and dosage calculations

The Medical Assistant/Allergy Technician should have the following qualifications.

• Medical Assistant Experience
• Great Communication
• Experience interacting with patients
• Math skills to complete serum and dosage calculations
• Attention to detail
• Good decision making skills
