Knowledge Services is seeking a self-motivated Implementation and Operations Specialist Specialist to join our growing Corporate team. Our Implementation and Operations Specialist ensure that clients (internal or external) have a positive experience with our technology products or services. To accomplish this, Solutions Specialists communicate with various groups of people, collect data, customize system features, define objectives, manage projects and provide training sessions.
The Implementation and Operations Specialist role directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency and effectiveness.
