Knowledge Services is seeking a self-motivated Implementation and Operations Specialist Specialist to join our growing Corporate team. Our Implementation and Operations Specialist ensure that clients (internal or external) have a positive experience with our technology products or services. To accomplish this, Solutions Specialists communicate with various groups of people, collect data, customize system features, define objectives, manage projects and provide training sessions.

The Implementation and Operations Specialist role directly impacts customer satisfaction and operational efficiency and effectiveness. This role offers a hybrid work environment.  

Responsibilities

  • Effectively communicate with external and internal clients, as well as team members.
  • Assist in the implementation of technical systems, software, services or solutions.
  • Evaluate needs and develop configurations that support business processes.
  • Define and execute on delivery and implementation plans.
  • Test and troubleshoot final system setups.
  • Provide training and end-user support during and after the implementation process.
  • Involved in pre-sales product demonstrations, aid in scoping projects or developing proposals.
  • Develop documentation such as job manuals, change management logs, process flows and more.
  • Partners with leadership team on department specific initiatives, processes, and improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree highly preferred. 
  • 1-2 years experience in a similar role, with technical and customer service focuses.
  • High technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn new software solutions and relate their usage and benefit to clients, vendors, or team members.
  • Prior experience evaluating, analyzing processes, and determining recommendation for process improvements.
  • Prior work experience with project coordination or management, customer service and/or sales is preferred.
  • Proven ability to provide positive client experiences and highest levels of customer support.
  • Ability to manage timelines and prioritize projects and tasks autonomously.
  • Ability to communicate professionally and proactively with team members.
  • Must be open to possibility of future travel, estimated 2-3 times annually.
  • Prior staffing or MSP/VMS experience is highly preferred.
