Accounting Clerk

We are seeking an Accounting Clerk for a contract to hire opportunity downtown Indianapolis!

Parking provided

$15.50 per hour

• Review invoices for appropriate coding and department allotment
• Data entry of vendor invoices
• Issuing of checks/payments
• Assisting vendors, departments and co-workers in resolving accounts payable issues

High School diploma/GED

MS Office; Word, Excel, Outlook

PeopleSoft experience a plus

Strong communication skills needed
