Medical Office Specialist

We are seeking a Medical Office Specialist to work in Avon, Indiana

Hours are 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Pay is $19.00-$21.00 per hour based on experience

Medical Office Specialists perform routine clinical and administrative tasks to help deliver an outstanding and efficient patient experience. As you learn and grow in the role, you will have the opportunity to learn multiple positions – front desk, patient rooming and check out – to become an integral part of our team.

This is a fast pace, progressing office setting that prioritizes excellent patient care and experience.

Front desk duties

Patient rooming

Check patients in/out

Must have a passion for customer service

Strong attention to detail

Extremely flexible and ready to contribute wherever you are needed

High School diploma/GED

Medical Assistant or LPN certification preferred

3-5 years medical background 

Neurological experience preferred

May work in their Greenwood office when needed. Mileage will be reimbursed.
