Full Cycle Recruiter (Remote)

Knowledge Services is seeking a Full Cycle Recruiter for a remote position. Be a part of a worldwide partner of choice in civil aviation, defence and security, and healthcare.  This leading manufacturer trains more pilots around the world than any other organization. 

Contract role scheduled to last 6 months or longer.

• Focuses on recruiting top technical talent. 
• As a representative of the company, exhibits high professionalism and confidentiality.
• Manages full-cycle recruitment process from hiring manager intake meeting to offer extension. 
• Prioritizes requisitions based upon candidate flow, company urgency, and other factors.
• In addition to sourcing candidates via various platforms, identifies and suggests new candidate sources, databases, community associations, and/or partnerships.
• Creates job postings on all platforms and posts internally to the company.
• Stays informed on department goals and upcoming needs. Proactively builds pipelines of candidates for future consideration.
• Supports Corporate Recruiting Manager with miscellaneous projects or requests as needed.
• Stays knowledgeable on state of the talent market. Keeps hiring managers informed of market and necessary considerations.      
• Gathers and utilizes competitive intelligence as necessary. Communicates findings to appropriate parties as necessary.

• Recruiting experience in Aviation. 
• Full Cycle Recruiter Experience.
• Must have a high level of motivation. 
• Minimum 3 years recruiting experience in corporate and/or agency environments.
• Minimum 3 years successful experience recruiting technical and aviation talent such as pilots, engineers, maintenance, and flight simulation techs
• Recruiting within professional services industries most preferred.
• Superior levels of professionalism, customer service, and communication skills.
• Exhibits a sense of urgency, high work ethic, and pride in quality of work.  
• Must be extremely organized, able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks at a time.
