Physician Assistant - Part-Time

Knowledge Services is seeking a Part-time Physician Assistant for Baldwin, WI. This is an excellent direct hire opportunity with one of our clients!

Thursdays 12pm - 6pm & Fridays 6am-2pm

• Provide family primary care services for employees on-site
• Manage acute and chronic health problems using evidence-based protocols
• Provide health screenings, immunizations, and other disease prevention programs
• Provide age-appropriate assessments and interventions in order to meet the needs of patients and/or families served
• Provide patient/family education, health coaching, and health advocacy services of patients and/or their families
• Provide occupational care, as needed
• Administer medicines and treatments
• Order, administer and analyze the diagnostic tests
• Monitor the effectiveness of interventions
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members by making appropriate referrals
• Enter patient data into the EMR system
• Assist in all areas of the clinic, if needed
• Perform related duties, as required

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and communication skills
• Experience with EMR systems
• Adaptable in differing situations
• Able to multi-task and work independently.
• Must be flexible with hours/shifts, if assigned
• Demonstrate professionalism at all times
• Display teamwork with a team player mindset
• Be organized with attention to detail

• Certified as an Advanced Practice Nurse or Physician Assistant in the State of Wisconsin
• Have experience working with family care
• Licensed in the State of Wisconsin
• Prescriptive authorization
• Licensed as an RN and APN Nurse Practitioner (NP)
• Three (3) years of relevant clinical experience preferred
