Overview

Knowledge Services is seeking an experienced Corporate Recruiter to join our team full-time in Fishers, IN.  This role offers a hybrid work environment with 4-days in office and 1 day work from home.

  • The Corporate Recruiter will identify, recruit, screen, and present qualified candidates for all corporate roles, collaborating with hiring managers to set realistic requirements.
  • Responsible for researching, developing, and implementing effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization.
  • Supports various requisitions across all business units and locations and will consistently support technical areas such as Corporate IT, Product Development, and Information Security.

Responsibilities

The Corporate Recruiter Essential Functions:
• Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
• Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
• Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role, industry standards, and the organization’s needs.
• Collaborates with the hiring manager and the human resources team during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, incentives, start dates, and other pertinent details.
• Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Attends and participates in college job fairs and recruiting sessions.
• Utilize an applicant tracking system to create postings, track activity, manage applicant flow, and properly disposition applicants.
• Advocate for, advance, and shape culture by understanding and living our values, mission, and vision.

Full Cycle Recruitment Procedures:
• Job posting and advertisement processes.
• Conduct thorough first-round phone screens, ensuring quality candidates are presented to hiring managers.
• Completing reference checks on incoming new hires during the onboarding process
• Performing searches for qualified job candidates using sources such as the Applicant Tracking System (iCIMS), social media, job boards, team member referrals, etc.
• Assists with the interview process, attending and conducting interviews with managers, directors, and other stakeholders.
• Aiding with onboarding and new hire orientation
• Tracking recruitment metrics and talent acquisition data to provide monthly reporting to leadership.

Qualifications

The Corporate Recruiter Requirements include:
• Prior recruiting experience required. Corporate Recruiting experience is most preferred.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of multiple types of technology, including MS Office Suite, Applicant Tracking Systems, Job Boards, social media
• Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for various roles.
• Proactive and independent with the ability to take the initiative.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
• Desire to be a continuous learner and eager to learn outside required duties.
• Must be able to manage conflicting priorities while being extremely adaptable and flexible in a dynamically changing environment.
• Results-oriented. Self-starter able to stay focused on achieving positive outcomes for the company.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with negotiant tactics
• Thorough understanding of recruiting methods, best practices, applicable policies, and federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations.

 

Physical Requirements / ADA:
• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working at a computer
• Must be able to lift up 15 pounds at times.
