Overview

The Corporate Recruiting Manager plays a critical role in the talent acquisition function of our organization. This position is responsible for leading and managing the recruiting team, developing and implementing recruitment strategies, and ensuring the successful identification and hiring of top-tier talent to support the company's growth and objectives.

 

We are seeking a highly professional and self-motivated Corporate Recruiting Manager to join the Knowledge Services team in Indianapolis. This role will report to the Vice President of Human Resources.

Responsibilities

  • Perform full recruitment responsibilities along with leading and managing the corporate recruiting team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to recruiters and coordinators.
  • Develop and execute effective recruitment strategies to attract and hire top-quality candidates.
  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and ensure alignment with business goals.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
  • Oversee job postings and advertisements, ensuring they are accurate and appealing to potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and partners.
  • Implement best practices in candidate assessment, selection, and onboarding processes.
  • Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring.
  • Utilize HRIS and applicant tracking systems to track and report on recruitment metrics.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on recruitment progress and results.
  • Stay current with industry trends and innovative recruitment techniques.

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
  • Proven success in full-cycle recruitment for a variety of positions.
  • Proficiency with HRIS and applicant tracking systems.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience with sourcing strategies and recruitment marketing.

 

Preferred Education & Experience:

  • Experience in high-volume recruitment or in a corporate setting. 
  • Certification in Human Resources (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR).
