Overview

Knowledge Services is seeking a Research Analyst for a 6-month contract opportunity working remotely.   

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST
  • $20/ hour pay  

In this role, you will make phone calls to the aging and disabled population throughout the State of Wisconsin to explain the benefits of the NCI-AD survey, and either administer the survey by telephone or schedule appointments for in-person appointments with field interviewers.  All acquired data will be documented in an internal database system.

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making phone calls to complete surveys and schedule appointments.
  • A quota of 75 phone calls should be met each day.
  • Provide timely reporting of data collected and ensure all privacy agreements are followed.
  • Ensure integrity of all data relating to the program is accurately reported.
  • Provide proactive status communication with the Project Coordinator.
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants. 
  • Coordinate interviews in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Quality control measures to ensure all data is being captured at each scheduled appointment.

  • Must be professional and have demonstrated a strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, accurate, and detail-oriented.
  • Must be self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • The Research Analyst must have strong communication skills to effectively communicate with field interviewers.
