Overview

Knowledge Services is seeking a Field Interviewer for a 4-month contract opportunity in the Grand Forks area. This person will be required to travel to various locations throughout the city to conduct interviews.

 

  • Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm EST
  • Starting pay is $20.00 per hour
  • $40 - $50 travel per diem

In this role, you will review appointment information on an iPad, contact individuals via phone to confirm appointment dates and timestravel to survey participants' homes or other facilities, administer the survey via iPad in person, and document the obtained data into a database system. 

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for making phone calls to complete surveys and facilitating in-person appointments as requested by participants.
  • Provide timely reporting of data collected and ensure all privacy agreements are followed.
  • Ensure integrity of all data relating to program is accurately reported.
  • Provide proactive status communication with Project Coordinator.
  • Provide excellent customer service to participants. 
  • Conduct interviews in a professional, courteous, and timely manner.
  • Fulfill all interviewing requirements by visiting all locations scheduled, documenting all data required, and delivering data in timely fashion

Qualifications

  • Must be professional and have demonstrated strong commitment to exceptional customer service.
  • An ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, accurate, and detail oriented.
  • Must be a self-starter, self-motivated and able to perform in a fast-paced, self-managed environment.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Ability to interact with co-workers and management in a positive and cooperative manner.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.
  • Must have reliable transportation to drive up to 1 hour to conduct interviews if requested.
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality.

 

Background check, including a Motor Vehicle Record check, and drug screen required. Knowledge Services participates in E-Verify.

 

All job offers are contingent upon successful completion of a background check.
