Knowledge Services is seeking an Application Support/Product Specialist for a contract through the end of June 2025 (likely for extension) with the State of Maine.
Application Support/Product Specialist Responsibilities:
• This position will be a member of an application support team and will become a technical subject matter expert for the state psychiatric hospitals’ applications and systems.
• This position will provide application operational end-user support including rotational afterhours on-call support.
• This position will be included on the implementation team of the state hospital’s electronic health record project, referred to as ICM, and additional implementation teams for other state hospital initiatives/projects.

• Work with cross functional technology teams to determine best practice configurations, and workflows.
• Read/analyze/modify technical documentation

Application Support/Product Specialist Required Skills:
• Must have at least two (2) years of experience in application support, technical support, experience with application vendor management, application implementation and technical and user workflows.
