Knowledge Services is actively seeking a PART-TIME Learning Management System Administrator for a 12-month contract (potential to extend) with the NCAA in Indianapolis, IN.
Learning Management System Administrator Responsibilities:
• Assist to build and support infrastructure, processes, and deliverables associated with e-learning and learning management system (LMS).
• Ensures optimal operation of the LMS, help desk and customer support strategy for leadership development.
• Helps foster a learning environment across programs and platform, both internally and externally, using their technical knowledge to design and refine functionality and provide support.
• Collaborates with internal stakeholders and contracted vendor to support third-party contact center agents and function.
• Administers and maintains the learning management system, including creating course shells, managing enrollments, notifications and running reports.
• Monitors help desk system for issues, utilization and customer service level agreement standards and process, acts as point of contact between third-party vendor, stakeholders and department.
• Manages and provides comprehensive testing of LMS vendor upgrades, product roadmap/functionality and unanticipated software/hardware challenges, acting as a point of contact between NCAA and the LMS vendor.
• Troubleshoots technical delivery issues across multiple platforms and devices.
• Schedules and provides training to new users (employees and membership) on how to use the LMS; develops and implements advanced training sessions based on support ticket trends.
• Responsible for the management and maintenance of applications and third-party content integrated with the LMS (e.g., research, evaluation, testing, and upgrading) including collaborating with the IT (e.g., APIs).
• Other duties as assigned.
Learning Management System Administrator Requirements:
• Must have at least 2+ years of experience administrating a learning management system, Docebo Learn preferred.
• Experience with helpdesk systems, troubleshooting and software testing.
• Experience with CSS and HTML.
• Ability to work collaboratively and effectively as an individual contributor and member of multiple project teams.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize, work independently, and meet strict deadlines.
