Oracle Forms Developer (onsite)

Knowledge Services is seeking an Oracle Forms Developer (not APEX) to support a project through June 2026 (potential for extension) with the State of Maine Secretary of State.

• This position will work 100% onsite in Augusta, ME with a work schedule from Monday - Friday 8-5pm ET
• Please note that we cannot accept any candidates requiring C2C or sponsorship for a work visa

Oracle Forms Developer Responsibilities:

• Work the Secretary of State development team using development tools such as Toad, Oracle Forms and Subversion.

• Skills should include application development in Oracle Forms, PL/SQL or SQL and experience as a Java developer.
• This position includes troubleshooting and testing existing software, in addition to new development.

• Knowledge of structured programming principles and development techniques are required for individual development tasks, as well as group development and review.

• Participating in programming review sessions is required. Sessions may also include business process reviews with stakeholders and application testers.

• Knowledge of application testing and debugging techniques is required for this position. Documentation skills are also required for the various documents created or edited by the team. Development work is completed as part of a project team to meet scheduled goals.

• Individuals are encouraged to contribute to discussions regarding the work everyone is assigned.

• Work is completed with specific guidelines and time expectations.

• Duties above may not include all tasks assigned to the individuals working in this position.

Oracle Forms Developer Required Skills:

• 5+ years in Oracle Forms development with Oracle Database.
• 5+ years with PL/SQL
• 5+ years of Java
